(Srilankamirror) – The ancient stone inscriptions in the country will be recorded into a database, said deputy director of archaeology Namal Kodituwakku.
The first stage of the task is already underway in Dambulla.
Mr. Kodituwakku expects around 110 stone inscriptions to be thus recorded.
